CLTP Revised Health Guidelines

CLTP Revised Health Guidelines as of

September 27, 2022

This policy is subject to updates at any time, based on CDC or local health department’s recommendations.

Consistent with CDC guidelines, The Cheyenne Little Theatre recommends everyone stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations, including all primary series doses and boosters for their age group and health status.

Our business relies on the health and wellness of our staff and volunteers, in order to best serve you and continue our operations we have established the following policies.

● If you are sick or exhibit any symptoms of a communicable illness, stay home unless you are medically released (i.e. by a Medical Professional or at-home testing).

● Any staff member or volunteer who has been exposed to Covid-19 will follow the Wyoming Department of Health recommendations. These recommendations will be provided to all cast and crew.

● Any volunteers having a positive Covid-19 test will follow CDC guidelines: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/isolation.html

● Cast, crew, and Front of House have the option to wear masks unless a “high” alert is reached (determined by the CDC), then masks will be required. If masks are required, see sub-bullets, below: o Crew will wear masks at all times, including during performances, unless the crew is in an isolated position such as in the light or sound booth alone. o Cast and crew will social distance as much as possible. o Cast will be required to wear masks when off stage during performances, except during costume changes, when off stage momentarily (at the discretion of the director), or when able to socially distance. o Cast and crew are required to wear masks when greeting the audience. o Modifications due to performance requirements may be requested by the Director to the Managing Director.

● If a cast or crew member tests positive for Covid-19 the show director will notify the Managing Director as soon as possible. o Cheyenne Little Theatre will do our best to protect the health status and information of all of our staff, volunteers, and audience members and will release no more information than is necessary to others who may be affected.

Show directors may establish policies which are more strict with the approval of the Board of Directors, to be communicated with the cast at auditions or as soon as reasonably possible otherwise.
