Call 638-6543 or email rentals@cheyennelittletheatre.org and ask for our Rental Coordinator. They have access to the venue calendar and availability.
*Please note: We are a non-profit Community Theatre and our events & shows do take priority in our scheduling. We will always do our best to book rentals around our performance season.
*We typically avoid booking any rentals within two weeks of one of our MainStage Season shows at whichever venue that show is taking place.
What is the seating capacity at each venue?
At full capacity, the Atlas seats 241 and the Mary Godfrey seats 245.
Is the bar available to use for a rental?
Yes! We ask for the renter to pay for each bartender which is a flat rate of $75 each. The Atlas can have a max of 3 bartenders and the Mary Godfrey can have 2. We can help recommend the number that will be needed for your rental.
If I decide to book the venue, how much would a deposit be?
We ask for a 15% deposit to lock in your selected date(s) at the time of booking the event.
Is there a special rate for booking a wedding at the Atlas?
Yes! We have a flat rental rate of $1000 for weddings. This includes the day before the wedding for any set/rehearsal time and the day of the wedding. The technician fee & cleaning fee still apply the same as our other rentals. Additional time needed in the space besides the 2 days included will be an extra hourly charge to the Technician and as long as they have availability to work with the schedule.
Do you have table linens available to rent?
Yes! We have black table linens available for an additional fee of $50.
Do you have a venue caterer?
No, but we have a couple of catering companies we have worked with as an organization that we can recommend.
Can I bring in any alcohol to either building?
Unfortunately, no. Both of our venues have a Social Club license. This means ALL alcohol must come from our venue. Special requests of alcohol for weddings can be made and arranged with our bar manager.
If we chose not to have alcohol at our rental, can we bring in beverages for our guests?
Yes! Several past rentals have brought in bottled water, tea, lemonade and soda for their parties.
If I want to show a film, what equipment do you have available?
Both theatres have a movie screen, sound system & projectors available. The Atlas is currently the only theatre of the two with a projector that has HDMI input/Blu-Ray capabilities. We do highly recommend the Atlas for any film screenings.
Can I use the popcorn machine at the Atlas for my rental?
Yes! You can arrange to have the popcorn machine available for an additional fee for use of our equipment & supplies and a fee for an operator.
Am I able to set up the tables & chairs at the Atlas how I need them for the rental?
Yes! The tables and chairs are included with your rental fee and you may arrange them however is best for your rental.
Am I able to sell tickets to my event through your box office?
Yes! For an additional fee, our box office representative will build the event in our ticketing system and sell tickets to your event. Tickets would be able to be pre-purchased online at www.cheyennelittletheatre.org or by calling our box office 12pm-5pm Monday - Friday. Please note, there may be an additional fee added to have a CLTP representative at your event to sell tickets at the door.
Will the full stage be available for my rental?
This depends on availability of the venue and our season schedule and when you are wanting to have your rental. We cannot guarantee a blank stage for all of our rentals, but we always try to schedule around our season to make sure the rentals receive the maximum amount of space.
