CLTP’S Revised COVID Protocols

·        If you are sick or exhibit any symptoms of Covid-19, stay home. 

·        Vaccinations are required for cast and crew. Vaccine Boosters are required for anyone eligible based on the CDC recommendations. 

·        Any crew or cast that have been exposed with Covid-19 will follow the Wyoming Department of Health recommendations. These recommendations will be provided to all cast and crew.

·        Any vaccinated volunteers having a positive Covid-19 test will follow CDC guidelines: https://www.cdc.gov/media/releases/2021/s1227-isolation-quarantine-guidance.html 

·        Cast and crew will take temperatures and complete the health survey at rehearsals, work calls and performances. 

·        Doors will be opened to the outside to allow for airflow during rehearsals and work calls, weather permitting.   

·        Cast and crew will wear masks during auditions and rehearsals. Director will have discretion to allow the cast to not wear masks during tech rehearsals and performances. During the audition process, the Director has the discretion to allow mask removal during readings, if socially distanced. 

·        Crew will wear masks at all times, including during performances. 

·        Cast and crew will social distance as much as possible.

·        Cast will be required to wear masks when off stage during performances, except during costume changes or when off stage momentarily, or able to socially distance.  

·        Cast and crew will not mingle with the audience without a face mask. 

·        Front of House will be required to wear masks at all times while volunteering.
